Transfer your commission to your wallet any time — your balance never expires. Submit a payout request before the last day of the month to receive payment that month. We transfer directly to your IBAN or PayPal once your balance reaches €50.
Exactly how you get paid
No black boxes. Here is the exact process from order to payment, so you know what to expect at every step.
Order is placed with your code
A customer uses your discount code at checkout and completes the purchase. The order is instantly linked to your affiliate account.
Your balance does not update yet — orders are only counted once fully paid and not in a refund window.
Order is confirmed as paid
After the order is confirmed as successfully paid, it is added to your commission balance for that calendar month.
Commission = net product value × your current tier rate. Net value = order total minus shipping costs.
Month closes — balance is calculated
At the end of each calendar month, your total commission balance is calculated based on all confirmed paid orders that month.
Your tier rate is determined by total paid orders in that month. All orders in the month earn the same rate.
Payout is processed (if balance ≥ €50)
In the first week of the following month, we process payouts for affiliates with a balance of €50 or more and valid payment details on file.
If your balance is below €50, it carries over to next month — nothing is lost.
You receive the transfer
Payment is sent directly to your IBAN (bank transfer) or PayPal email — whichever you provided in your application.
You will receive a payment confirmation by email. Processing time after transfer: 1–3 business days for IBAN, instant for PayPal.
Why we ask for your personal details
We collect your personal data because we are required to by law when making payments to individuals. This protects both you and us. Here is exactly what we ask, and why:
Your data is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties. We only use it for payout administration and to communicate with you about your affiliate account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
What you must and must not say
Uptide sells research compounds for laboratory use only. Every affiliate is legally required to communicate this clearly. Violations expose you — and us — to regulatory enforcement. These rules are not optional.
NEVER say or imply
ALWAYS communicate
Mandatory affiliate disclosure — EU Directive 2005/29/EC + national rules
Under EU law (Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and its 2022 update), you are legally required to disclose that your content is paid promotion. This applies to every post, video, story, or article that contains your affiliate code or link. Failure to disclose is a consumer protection violation in all EU member states and can result in fines. A clear "#ad", "Advertisement", or "Affiliate partnership with @Uptide" label is sufficient. The disclosure must be visible before the viewer engages with your link or code — not buried in a caption or description.
Uptide is not responsible for content published by affiliates. If you create content that violates these rules, your account will be suspended immediately and any unpaid commission will be forfeited. Uptide reserves the right to report wilful violations to relevant consumer protection authorities.

By submitting an application you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Minimum payout €50
Affiliate payouts are only possible once your commission balance reaches €50.00. Balances below this threshold carry forward to the next month automatically.
Payment details required
A payout can only be processed after you have provided valid IBAN or PayPal details in your application. Payouts are not possible without these on file.
You are responsible for your own taxes
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes on your commission income in your country of residence. Uptide does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax advice.
Independent partner, not an employee
You are an independent marketing partner, not an employee of Uptide. No employment contract, social security contributions, or employer obligations apply.
Commission on net order value
Commission is calculated on the net product value only — VAT and shipping costs are excluded. Via referral link: full tier rate (15–30%). Via discount code: tier rate minus 5% (10–25%), because 5% covers the customer discount. Refunded orders are excluded.
Monthly payout cycle
Payouts are processed once per calendar month in the first week following month close. There is no option to request early or partial payouts.

No medical or health claims — mandatory
You may not make any medical, therapeutic, or health claims about Uptide products in any content, post, video, or message. This includes claims about treating, curing, preventing, or diagnosing any condition. All products must be presented as research compounds for laboratory use only. Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
Research-only promotion — strictly enforced
You acknowledge that Uptide products are sold exclusively as research compounds not intended for human use. You may not market them to a consumer audience for personal health, fitness, weight loss, or cosmetic purposes. Marketing to the general public as if the products are for personal use — regardless of phrasing — constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
Liability — you indemnify Uptide
You agree to indemnify and hold Uptide harmless from any claim, regulatory action, fine, or legal proceeding arising from content you publish that violates these terms. Uptide is not liable for any consequences of unlawful, misleading, or non-compliant promotional content created by you.
Governing law — Netherlands
This affiliate agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the affiliate relationship shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
Right to decline or suspend
Uptide may decline applications or suspend affiliate accounts at any time for violations of brand guidelines, false product claims, spam, or reputational harm.
By applying you confirm: you are at least 18 years old, your payment details are correct, you will declare your commission income for tax purposes in your country, you understand that Uptide is not your employer, and you agree to promote Uptide products as research compounds only — never for human therapeutic use.
