Built by researchers, frustrated with the market.
The peptide research market in Europe was dominated by suppliers who made quality claims without substantiation. Generic COAs not tied to specific batches, no named third-party labs, purity numbers that didn't hold up to scrutiny.
We decided to build something we would actually want to buy from. That meant: every compound independently tested, every COA batch-specific and publicly accessible, every shipment properly cold-packed.
Uptide supplies researchers across the EU with COA-verified compounds backed by verifiable documentation — and a research library built alongside the shop to make the science more accessible.
"To make independently verified research compounds accessible across Europe — with the documentation to prove what's inside every vial."
What we hold every product to
Identity verification by mass spectrometry
Every batch is confirmed by MS analysis to verify the compound is exactly what it claims to be. Identity before purity — always.
≥99% purity by HPLC
We only stock compounds that pass high-performance liquid chromatography at ≥99% purity. Anything below that threshold doesn't ship — period.
Batch-specific Certificate of Analysis
Every product is linked to a specific batch number. The COA matches that batch and is publicly accessible. Not a template document — a real one you can verify.
Third-party laboratory testing
We do not test our own products. All batches are analysed by Janoshik Analytical, an independent accredited laboratory. COA results are issued directly by Janoshik — no conflicts of interest.
Cold-chain handling and storage
Lyophilized peptides are temperature-sensitive. Products are stored under controlled conditions and shipped with appropriate insulation to maintain integrity in transit.
Discreet, neutral packaging
All orders ship in unmarked, plain packaging. No Uptide branding on the outside. Your research stays private.
The problem we set out to fix
No traceability
Most suppliers publish generic COAs that aren't linked to any specific batch. You have no way to verify the document actually corresponds to what arrived.
Inconsistent purity
Advertised purity and actual purity frequently diverge. Undeclared fillers, degraded peptides, and mislabeled concentrations are more common than the market admits.
Poor handling
Lyophilized peptides degrade without proper cold-chain management. Many suppliers ship without any temperature control, compromising integrity before the compound arrives.
Lines we won't cross
- ✕We don't sell compounds without third-party COA documentation
- ✕We don't make therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical claims about any product
- ✕We don't use undisclosed excipients, fillers, or binding agents
- ✕We don't process or store payment card data ourselves — all payments go through certified processors
- ✕We don't substitute compounds or ship replacements without explicit customer consent
Our customers
Uptide supplies COA-verified reference compounds exclusively to qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, and scientific institutions engaged in lawful research activity. All products are intended for in-vitro laboratory research only — not for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.
By placing an order, customers confirm they are 18 years of age or older and that all compounds will be used exclusively for lawful research purposes in compliance with applicable regulations in their jurisdiction.
